A. How to shop via nets easy with Klarna/Afterpay/Riverty Invoice:

1. Add products to cart : Explore our wide selection of knife making equipment and epoxy, and add desired products to cart.
   
   

2. Proceed to checkout : When you are ready to complete your purchase, click on the shopping bag/cart in the top right to proceed to checkout and to start the checkout process. In the shopping cart, press the "Proceed to checkout" button.

3. Select Nets Checkout : At checkout, select Invoice as your payment method. You will then be redirected to the Checkout platform to complete your payment.

4. Complete your purchase : Follow the instructions on the page to complete your purchase. You will receive an invoice from Riverty after your order has been processed.

B. How to shop by sending us an email order:

1. Send us an email : Send an email to through the contact us field on the right with the details of your order. Please include the following information:

   • The products you want to buy with name and quantity.
   • Shipping information: Delivery address and desired shipping method ("to pickup location" or "business package").
   • Invoice information: Name, address and organization number for invoicing.
   • Phone number: Your phone number for tracking purposes and any questions about your order.

2. Confirmation and Processing : After receiving your email, we will manually review, record and confirm your order and send you an email with information about the total price, shipping costs and payment instructions. First order requires prepayment, but payment time/credit can be granted upon individual assessment.

3. Processing and Delivery : Once payment is received, or credit granted, we will process your order and ship the products to the specified delivery address according to the selected shipping method.

Note: Email orders have a longer processing time as it requires manual registration of the order, if you are in a hurry or want a longer payment time (30 days) then use Svea Checkout. Alternatively, pay by card.

3. How to trade with cards:

1. Proceed to checkout : When you are ready to complete your purchase, click on the shopping bag/cart in the top right to proceed to checkout and to start the checkout process. In the shopping cart, press the "Proceed to checkout" button.

2. Enter company information: Instead of your private information, enter the company's information including company number.
   
   

3. Choose card payment : Under "Payment method" select "Credit card" or Vipps, depending on your preference. Remember that you can pay with a private card and get the money back from your company.

4. Confirm your purchase : Once everything is filled out, you can click "Pay Now". Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your payment. After completing the transaction, you will receive a confirmation message.

Reimbursement from employer:

If you are paying with your own card and would like to have the amount refunded by your company, or need more documentation/receipts, please inform us of this in the comments field in the shopping cart or send us a message immediately after the order is completed. We will then be able to send you an invoice that can be used for reimbursement purposes or other necessary documentation.
