Kitchen knife blade in stainless damask with VG10 edge steel. Beautiful pattern and good edge retention, delivered with razor blade edge from factory.

Combine with a handle blank of your choice and shape your own bread knife. This blade has a full tang, which means you place a plate on each side of the handle instead of placing the blade's tang in a hole in a block.
Blade length is 196mm, shaft is 132mm in total, between front and back is 100-115mm. The height of the tang in the middle is 31mm, the thickness of the tang is a little over 3mm. The small holes are oblong, 4x7mm and the large one is 8mm.
