Pizza wheel - VG10 Damask Fulltang w/front and rear hub

Pizza knife in stainless damask with VG10 egg steel. Beautiful pattern and good egg retention, delivered sharp from the factory.

Assemble with a shaft blank of your choice and create your own pizza wheel that has a full tang, meaning you put a plate on each side of the shaft instead of putting the blade's tang in a hole in a block. 2 rivets to attach the wheel are included.

Blade diameter is 90mm, shaft is 200mm in total including sleeves. Front sleeve is designed as a large finger guard. Between front sleeve and back sleeve is 102-127mm. Pliers height is 23-27mm, pliers thickness is approx. 2.5mm.
