Put together with a shaft blank of your choice and form your own Santoku. This blade has a full tang, which means you put a plate on each side of the shaft instead of putting the tang of the blade into a hole in a block.
Length of blade is 163mm. The shaft is a total of 133mm including sockets. Between the front and the rear is 90-103mm. The height of the pliers in the middle is 28mm, the thickness of the pliers is approx. 3mm. The small holes are oblong about 4x6mm and the large one is 8.5mm.
