How long does a mold last?
High quality platinum silicone molds like this can withstand quite a few castings. The product that will most quickly reduce the life of a mold is the very product that is most commonly used with silicone molds. The B-sides of epoxy resin are the activator, the hardener of the epoxy systems. They are naturally corrosive, but not all epoxies are created equal.
