Glasklar gjutepoxi – CCR epoxi Entropy SuperSap

CCR SuperSap is a crystal-clear, low-viscosity casting epoxy developed for casting, embedding, and creative epoxy projects.

Its low viscosity allows air bubbles to escape more easily, while the epoxy provides a crystal-clear and glass-like finish.

Choose between a fast or slow hardener depending on the size and thickness of your project.

The most difficult part of epoxy casting is achieving an even and clear result without unnecessary air bubbles.

CCR is specifically developed for casting. Its low-viscosity consistency allows air to escape the mixture more easily, while the long working time gives you better control before the epoxy begins to cure.

The result is easier casting and a clear, professional finish.

Yes. CCR is used for applications including river tables, knife handles, woodturning blanks, jewelry, decorations, and embedding various objects.

Its low viscosity makes it well-suited for clear casts, and you can use it either completely crystal clear or combine it with pigments and colors.

CCR combines high transparency with low viscosity and a good working time.

This makes it easier to achieve a smooth result with minimal air bubbles. The epoxy is UV-stabilized for better resistance to yellowing and can be used for both small details and larger casting projects.

With two different hardeners, you can choose the solution that suits your project.

Type:

• Crystal clear casting epoxy
• Resin + hardener
• UV-stabilized
• Low viscosity
• Self-leveling

Mixing ratio:

• 2:1 by volume

Casting thickness:

• Fast hardener: up to approx. 25 mm
• Slow hardener: up to approx. 50 mm

Curing:

• Fast hardener: dry after approx. 24 hours
• Slow hardener: dry after approx. 72 hours
• Full cure: approx. 7 days

Applications:

• River tables
• Knife handles and handle blanks
• Turning blanks
• Jewelry
• Encapsulation
• Art and decoration
• Molds and other hobby projects

Finish:

Crystal clear

Glass-like

Can be mixed with pigments and colors

Measure the resin and hardener accurately and mix the components thoroughly.

Preferably work at around room temperature and ensure that the materials you are going to cast are dry and clean. Porous materials like wood should preferably be sealed with a thin layer of epoxy first to reduce air that can be drawn into the casting.

Choose the correct hardener based on the size and thickness of your casting, and allow the epoxy plenty of time to cure before further processing.

Fast hardener is suitable for smaller projects and thinner pours where you want a shorter curing time.

Slow hardener is better suited for larger projects and thicker pours. The longer working time also gives air bubbles more time to escape before the epoxy cures.

If you are casting thicker items or river tables, slow hardener is normally the natural choice.

Yes. CCR is well-suited even if you have not worked much with epoxy before.

The low-viscosity consistency, long working time, and the option to choose between fast and slow hardeners make it easier to gain control over the casting process.

The most important thing is to follow the correct mixing ratio, temperature, maximum casting thickness, and safety instructions.
